Magnolia ZIP codes 77354 and 77355 saw the median price of homes sold increase at least 10% from October 2018 to October 2019, according to data provided by Carswell Real Estate Co. Inc. ZIP code 77362 in Pinehurst saw the greatest decrease at 13.7% while Tomball ZIP codes 77375 and 77377 saw 6.1% and 5.2% increases, respectively, year over year.

A total closure of eastbound and westbound lanes of FM 1488 between Ravenswood Drive and Buddy Riley Boulevard in Magnolia is scheduled for Jan. 25-26, according to the Houston TranStar database . The road will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Jan. 25-26. Drivers can detour using FM 1774 and FM 149.
