During its June 3 meeting, Tomball City Council approved, on first reading, Tomball Economic Development Corp. agreements with two commercial businesses—Keep It Simple and Pink, LLC, and TCG Capital, LLC.
What you need to know
Everything the TEDC does is performance-based, with all incentives and assistance paid out after a business fulfills its respective obligations laid out in the agreements, Executive Director Kelly Violette said during the meeting.
“Nothing is cash upfront, and nothing is based on anything that we can’t verify,” Violette said.
