Montgomery County Overdose Prevention Endeavor is holding a drug awareness day event featuring panels on legal strategies for safe communities and navigating recovery. The event will also feature over 40 sponsorship and resource tables, a free meal and Narcan training. Attendees will receive a free Narcan while supplies last. The event will also include a special candlelight ceremony to remember lost lives.

Reading With Reading Education Assistance Dogs


The Lone Star College-Tomball Community Library is holding a children’s reading event with the Reading Education Assistance Dogs. The program helps children improve their reading skills with the assistance of therapy dogs. The event is for children 4-12 years old and their parents.
