The city of Tomball has a runoff election for City Council Position 3 between incumbent Chad Degges and challenger Dane Dunagin. Early voting continues May 27 and 31 from 7:45 a.m.-5 p.m. at City Hall, 401 Market St., Tomball.

May 28-31: Cool off with a swim

The city of Tomball will open its Jerry Matheson public pool for its preseason hours May 28-29 from noon-8 p.m. and May 30 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. This season's regular summer swimming season begins May 31.
