Dec. 10-12: Attend German Christmas Market

The annual German Christmas Market in Tomball includes street vendors, live music, a carnival, food and street performers. Santa will also make an appearance Saturday. Harris County Precinct 4 is hosting a walk-through holiday lights show daily between Dec. 5-18. No registration is required. 6-9 p.m. Free. Burroughs Park, 9738 Hufsmith Road, Tomball.

Dec. 10-11: Check out more holiday lights

Tomball United Methodist Church will be hosting a holiday lights show for the family to enjoy. The walk-through light show will be held on acreage next to the church and will include an appearance by Santa. The event will also be held Dec. 17-18. 6:30-8:30 p.m. Free. 1603 Baker Drive, Tomball.

Dec. 10: Enjoy Christmas in the Barn

Magnolia ISD’s Career and Technical Education Department will host a Christmas in the Barn event at Magnolia High School’s agriculture barn. The event will include Santa, a bounce house, cookie decorating, a petting zoo and more. 5:30-7:30 p.m. Free. Magnolia High School, 14350 FM 1488, Magnolia.

Dec. 11: Browse an artisan market and car show in Magnolia

Guests can visit a holiday artisan and vintage market from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at 20603 Sapphire Circle, Magnolia, which will include handmade goods, sweets and a food truck. Neighborhood happenings also include a car show from 9 a.m. to noon at 28601 Sapphire Circle and a train ride, toy drive, face painting, petting zoo and visits with Santa from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at 20327 Sapphire Circle. Dec. 11: Enjoy breakfast with Santa

The Magnolia Education Foundation will host a come-and-go pancake breakfast with Santa for families to enjoy with Santa photos, letters to Santa, arts and crafts, caroling, and other activities. 8-11 a.m. Free (children age 4 and younger), $8 (advance tickets), $10 (at the door). Dec. 12: Shop at holiday market

The Farmers Market on Tamina will host its first annual holiday market with local vendors for guests to find last-minute gifts. The event will include pictures with Santa and his elves, live music, holiday lights and cocktails. 4-8 p.m. Free. 32907 Tamina Road, Magnolia.
