With 57 o 57 Election Day precincts reporting, all three Magnolia ISD bond propositions failed, according to unofficial voting results from Montgomery County. Per the voting results, there are:
  • 5,708 votes against Proposition A and 5,579 votes in favor
  • 6,626 votes against Proposition B and 4,630 votes in favor
  • 6,793 votes against Proposition C and 4,441 votes in favor
All results are unofficial until canvassed.

According to unofficial early voting results from Montgomery County, one of the three Magnolia ISD bond propositions is passing.

  • 3,326 votes in favor of Proposition A and 3,174 votes against
  • 2,825 votes against Proposition B and 3,657 votes in favor
  • 2,688 votes against Proposition C and 3,781 votes in favor
What you need to know

MISD trustees voted Aug. 11 to send three propositions totaling $516.92 million to Nov. 4 voters. The three propositions are for a new high school, two new elementary schools and a natatorium, and aim to address the district’s growth, Community Impact previously reported.
