LSC-Tomball closes campus, reschedules commencement ceremonies due to weather

Lone Star College-Tomball officials announced May 10 commencement ceremonies have been rescheduled from Saturday, May 11, to Saturday, May 25, due to poor weather conditions and the inability to access the commencement venue at Faithbridge Church.

LSC-Tomball is closed today, as is the LSC-Tomball Community Library.

In an announcement on the campus’ website, officials said commencement ceremonies will now be held at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.—the same time as previously scheduled—on May 25, the first available date at the Faithbridge Church Klein Campus. Faithbridge is closed May 10-11.

LSC officials will be reaching out to graduates with the new information and to confirm attendance, the announcement said.

Graduation ceremonies will be held at Faithbridge Church Klein Campus, located at 18000 Steubner Airline Road, Spring. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
