Magnolia ISD announced Monday the appointment of Mike Overman as the new director of conference facilities for the Magnolia ISD District Conference Center, which is scheduled to open in August.

“I am excited to be a part of this significant time as we prepare to open the new event center in our district and community,” Overman said in a news release. “As a long-standing member of the Magnolia community, I look forward to working with our staff and the greater community to bring memorable events to our center.”
