Lone Star College-Montgomery will offer select courses on Tuesday evenings this fall at Magnolia High School, according to a statement from LSC-Montgomery.

Courses offered include English 1301, History 1301 and Education 1300—a mandatory first-year experience course for LSC-Montgomery students.

"LSC-Montgomery strives to provide education opportunities for our community close to where students live," LSC-Montgomery President Rebecca Riley said in a statement. "These classes will provide students with a convenient way to get a quality education at an affordable price."

Classes will be held 6-8:50 p.m. on Tuesdays at Magnolia High School, located at 14350 FM 1488, Magnolia.

LSC-Montgomery is also working to find a site for a 65,00-square-foot LSC-Magnolia Center, which will offer general education courses and workforce training programs. Specific course offerings have not yet been chosen for the center, and an exact timeline of when the center will begin enrolling students is not available.

Students can contact LSC-Montgomery for more information about enrolling in this fall's courses.
