“It’s a lovely location, and Magnolia is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, so we think it’ll be a perfect spot for us,” Duong said.

Duong said the restaurant offers a variety of Vietnamese dishes and boba tea.

“We want to bring the cuisine closer to our community here in Magnolia,” Duong said.
