Ewald, who claimed the bakery is "the sweetest thing in Houston," said Kolache Kafe serves a range of gourmet pastries, including cinnamon rolls. According to the bakery website, its kolache offerings range from traditional bacon, sausage, egg and cheese to more creative spaghetti and garlic kolaches. The bakery is at 11690 Spring Cypress Road, Tomball.
Ewald also said Kolache Kafe's coffee is locally sourced from Houston Coffee Roasters, and the bakery offers several specialty drinks, such as a tres leches latte.
