The drink is presented in a vintage soda fountain glass. Customers can also choose from lemonade and sweet or unsweetened tea in addition to a variety of sodas, including root beer, Coke, Diet Coke, Dr Pepper and Sprite—all of which are made in the fashion of a vintage soda fountain, meaning soda syrup is mixed with carbonated water. “It’s made from scratch,” Manager Pat Wilson said. “It’s called hand-drawn soda.” Customers can also select cherry, lime, vanilla or strawberry syrup for a mix-in to the soda. While milkshakes are the No. 1 requested chilled treat, root beer floats are a close second, Wilson said.
