Toll Brothers opens within Woodhayvn community in Magnolia

Toll Brothers at Woodhavyn hosted its grand opening July 28, according to a news release.

What you need to know

Toll Brothers at Woodhavyn features 60-foot-wide homesites with six one- and two-story home designs ranging from 3,078 to 3,634-plus square feet.

Home designs include four to five bedrooms and three to 4.5 baths. The community will have amenities at the upcoming Havyn Amenity Village, including a pool, community center, parks, playgrounds and trails for walking and biking, per the release.
