The Corpark Carraway development, located at 9200 Carraway Lane, is set to bring 15 to 20 buildings available for sale or lease, with the first phase being an initial five buildings, Newcor President of Development Matt Gonzales said at the groundbreaking.
The first phase will include two 9,600-square-foot multitenant buildings and three 7,200-square-foot buildings more suited for one or two tenants, Gonzales said.

"We think that this can be a very successful project," Newcor CEO Rob Banzhaf said. "What attracted us to this [site] is that we could fill the demand."
What’s next?
The first phase is expected to be completed by the third quarter of this year, according to a brochure on Newcor’s website.
