Construction on Club Audubon, the recreation complex located within the master-planned community of Audubon, is set to begin in the third quarter of this year, according to a July 25 news release.

Construction is anticipated to be completed in the third quarter of 2025 and will encompass Phase 1 and early Phase 2 construction, according to the news release.

The cost for Club Audubon’s Phase 1 and Phase 2 is over $7 million, according to the news release.

According to the news release, Phase 1 of Club Audubon features:
  • A covered pavilion
  • A resort-style pool with tanning shelves and cabanas
  • A covered gathering yard with access to a food truck lane
  • An outdoor and indoor event space with restrooms
Meanwhile, according to the news release, Phase 2 features:
  • An observation shelter for parents
  • A splash pad adjacent to the pool
  • A large playground with swings
  • Trail connections and additional parking

“The construction of this unique recreational complex is intended to complement and expand the already widespread existing trail and park amenities that make Audubon a special place to live,” said Sam Yager III, vice president of Audubon Magnolia Development, via news release.
