Country Forest Plaza, located at 11828 FM 1488, Magnolia, held a ribbon-cutting Oct. 27. The commercial development project by SVN | J. Beard Real Estate is built out and ready to be leased out to tenants, said Kane Dunbar, owner of the plaza.
The details
Country Forest Plaza has 17,000 square feet of leasable retail space and various amenities, including:
- A drive-thru space
- A playground
- An outdoor patio for restaurants
- Parking lot with 55 spots
According to Dunbar, the first tenant will be a Russo's New York Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen, which will take the spot with the drive-thru and open in 2024 with other tenants to follow.
Dunbar also said the plaza expects to draw in businesses, such as hair and nail salons.
