A new Workhub property, Flex Windcrest III, will be breaking ground by December in Magnolia.

Workhub is a development company that constructs business parks that include offices and warehouses all in one.

There will be 18 flex space units available in the 30,000-square-foot business park. Each unit will be 1,812 square feet.

"Our Windcrest flex spaces offer entrepreneurs from [The] Woodlands and Magnolia a unique opportunity to establish their businesses in a high-traffic location like FM 1488 without the financial strain associated with renting space in a traditional retail center," Workhub CEO Roberto Valenzuela said.
