About 553 lots located within Magnolia’s Audubon community have been developed and sold to builders, said Sam Yager III, executive vice president of Sam Yager Inc. and developer of Audubon, in a June 28 phone interview.
Yager also said 431 lots are under development and should be delivered between now and the end of 2023 or the first quarter of 2024.
A master-planned community spanning nearly 3,000 acres off FM 1488 in Magnolia, homes in Audubon will range from around $300,000 to over $1 million, Yager said.
“There’s a total of about 983 lots that’ll be on the ground by the end of this year, which is quite a lot,” Yager said. “But given the fact that we have eight or nine different product sizes, it’ll provide a lot of opportunities for people.”
Yager said out of around 350 homes built for residents, 82 have been sold so far this year.
“We’re only about halfway through the year,” Yager said. “That puts us at about 160, 170 for the year if we continue.”
Yager also said with the additional lot products, he expects to be closer to 200 homes sold by the end of the year.
