Construction began May 1 on HistoryMaker Homes’ model townhome, and sales in the new Tomball community are expected to begin in late July. Seven Oaks Townhomes will include 141 townhomes as well as a playground, a covered pavilion with a barbecue pit, two dog parks, a pond and a walking trail with workout stations.

Construction on amenities and the landscape and hardscape is underway.

The community is located off Holderrieth Road, which is under construction to be widened.
