Construction and preleasing activities are set to begin for Country Forest Plaza in Magnolia, a new commercial development project by SVN | J. Beard Real Estate — Greater Houston, the company announced via news release.

Country Forest Plaza will be located at 11828 FM 1488, Magnolia, and be made up of retail, restaurant and professional tenants.

Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston, via news release. “This new commercial development is conveniently positioned within the highly desirable Magnolia submarket and offers a footprint with flexibility to accommodate for restaurant, retail and professional users.”

The development will be 9,615 square feet with pad sites ranging from 1,300 to 5,715 square feet. The property will include exterior wood finishes, covered entrances and outdoor patio seating, according to the news release.
