Land was sold in the Tomball Business and Technology Park to Nickson Industrial Warehouses to develop two office warehouse buildings totaling 47,458 square feet, according to an April 21 release from Colliers, the firm representing the Tomball Economic Development Corp. in the sale of land.

The 3.9-acre tract is located at 21240 Spell Circle and 21242 Spell Circle in Tomball. The office warehouse buildings will be 25,125 square feet and 22,333 square feet, respectively, according to the release.

The Tomball Business and Technology Park is located at the corner of Holderrieth and Hufsmith-Kohrville roads and is currently 82% sold or under contract to businesses and/or developers, according to the release.
