According to previous reporting, the H-E-B will be 95,000 square feet and include a fuel station and car wash.
Community Impact Newspaper previously reported in January that H-E-B could not provide an opening timeline for the store until construction was farther along due to supply chain issues affecting construction.
Nearby, Magnolia Village, another mixed-use retail center, is anticipated to start construction in early May across Spur 149 from the H-E-B under construction, according to previous reporting.
