A new medical complex in Tomball—Medical Center of Tomball—is under construction at 155 School St. The first phase includes a three-story, 64,395-square-foot medical office building, and the building shell is on track to be completed by the year’s end.
The building is expected to open in spring 2022 for tenant build-out. Tenants have not yet been announced for the space.
