Construction on Braemer Village, a new residential community, is slated to break ground in Tomball in February, according to Laurie Godfrey, sales consultant with developer Tulte Homes.
Located on Hufsmith-Kohrville Road southwest of Hwy. 249 and the Grand Parkway, the neighborhood's first 15 homes are expected to be completed this summer; 15 more homes will be sold each month, and the neighborhood will have a total build-out of 115 homes. Construction is expected to be fully completed by February or March 2022.
Braemer Village offers six home designs starting at $192,490 with three to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms.
While neighborhood amenities are still to be determined, Godfrey said potential features could include a playground or a retention pond and a walking trail. The new neighborhood is zoned to Klein ISD.
