Located at Quinn and Brown roads in Tomball, construction for the residential development began in October following the purchase of the site earlier that month. Community Impact Newspaper previously reported Tomball Heights, a single-family home subdivision by MHW Real Estate, was proposed for the 9.2-acre property.
Construction is expected to be completed by late March, Jordan said.
Sydney's Park will offer three- and four-bedroom single-family homes ranging from 1,500-2,036 square feet. In addition to lawn maintenance, exterior maintenance and pest-control services, the neighborhood will also feature a dog park.
According to Jordan, the area has seen a high demand for single-family residential development.
