Home construction is slated to begin in Grand Junction, a new community on Hufsmith Road, in December, said Lance Wright, a partner with CastleRock Communities—the homebuilder in the community—in early December.

Grand Junction includes 49 homesites, including a limited number of larger cul-de-sac lots, Wright said in an email. Home sizes will range from 1,300 square feet to 2,800 square feet with prices ranging from the $180,000s to the $250,000s, he said. CastleRock Communities is currently preselling homes.

Build-out is expected to take two years, Wright said in an email.
