Subdivisions in Tomball, Magnolia and Pinehurst ZIP codes are slated to add 6,219 lots over the next several years, according to first quarter 2018 data from Metrostudy. Rosehill Reserve, Lakes at Creekside, Glen Oaks and Northgrove at Spring Creek—the communities with the largest number of future lots slated in the respective ZIP codes—are anticipated to bring more than 2,000 additional homes alone when the communities are built out, according to information from Metrostudy.

While the Tomball and Magnolia communities are anticipated to add thousands of new homes, construction began on 330 new homes in the first quarter of 2018 with Pine Trace Village seeing the largest number of homes begin construction at 48 homes—an increase from 283 homes in the fourth quarter of 2017, according to Metrostudy.

Vacant developed lots—ready for home construction to start—totaled nearly 3,000 lots in the first quarter as well with Rosehill Reserve home to 236 lots, the largest number of vacant developed lots in the area, according to Metrostudy.
