The Culinary Courtyard at 32907 Tamina Road, Magnolia, is expanding to include additional restaurant and retail space. An eatery serving brick oven pizza is planned for early 2018, as construction is expected to wrap up in the first quarter of 2018.

Several commercial buildings are under construction in Tomball and Magnolia with retail and restaurant establishments planned.
