Construction of the first of three buildings is nearing completion in the PFG Commerce Park, a new development at 14600 Brown Road, Tomball. When finished, the property will feature three metal buildings with 10,000 square feet as well as a detention pond.

Clint Hankla, senior associate at Northwinds Commercial Realty—the company leasing the park—said Northwinds hopes to attract commercial users or service providers—such as HVAC companies, electricians, plumbers and sign companies—to fill out the park.

"Most people who are interested in it are more along the lines of service users, not so much like manufacturers and heavy industrial users," he said.

According to Renegades Volleyball Club, a Tomball-based organization, the club is set to relocate from Persimmon Street to the PFG Commerce Park on June 1. The club is the first confirmed tenant in the park, Hankla said.

"We will probably start building the second building, which will be just a little bit smaller, in the next 30 days and [are] working on getting a lease on that," he said. "We've had a good bit of traffic and interest on it."

Hankla said the construction timeline for the park's third building depends on how quickly the second building is leased.

"If we get the front building leased out real quick, we'll probably just immediately start on the third building," he said. "Our hope is to have that park completely leased out in the next year."
