This weekend is packed with family fun in Tomball and Magnolia from April 20-22. From festivals to live performances, here are seven events to consider attending locally this weekend.

Harris County Precinct 4 hosts a three-day family friendly presentation of "Romeo & Juliet." Performances take place rain or shine Friday (2:30 p.m.), Saturday (2 p.m., 7:30 p.m.), and Sunday (2 p.m.). Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis under the covered pavilion at Burroughs Park. A Shakespeare festival runs 1-7 p.m. Saturday, April 21, as well. The festival features strolling entertainers, face painting, food trucks, games and crafts. Shakespeare-era attire is encouraged. Free. Times vary. Recycle in Tomball


Tomball entities host Tomball Consolidated Recycling Day at Lone Star College-Tomball. Residents can drive through and drop off various approved items to recycle, including electronic waste, prescription drugs, tires, car batteries, used motor oil and household paper and plastics.
