A new boat and RV storage facility is now open in Magnolia, offering storage options for large recreational vehicles, trailers and watercraft.
Foxgate Boat & RV Storage was developed by Houston-based Foxgate Capital in partnership with Cannon Construction, according to a May 13 news release.
What they offer
The facility includes wide drive aisles and flexible storage configurations, including extra-large bays built for oversized recreational vehicles, such as Class A motorhomes, fifth wheels and large boats, per the release.
Storage options start at $154 per month. Amenities include gated access with individualized entry codes, perimeter fencing, high-definition surveillance cameras, 24/7 customer access and an online portal for reservations, account management and bill payments, according to the release.
Why it matters
The facility is located near FM 1488 and Hwy. 249, less than 20 minutes from Lake Conroe boat launches, according to the release.
Eric Houston with Foxgate Capital said Magnolia’s growth has created more demand for storage options that residential neighborhoods and homeowners associations may not allow.
“Our goal with Foxgate Boat & RV Storage is to provide more than just a place to park a vehicle — we’re delivering peace of mind through industry-leading security, 24/7 access, and a seamless, technology-driven customer experience,” Houston said in the release.
