Big Lots will close its Tomball-area location in December, a customer service representative confirmed. In early September, the company announced it entered into an agreement to be acquired by Nexus Capital Management LP. As part of the sale process, Big Lots is “continuing to assess its operational footprint, which will include closing additional store locations,” according to a Sept. 9 news release.
