New Orleans-based coffee shop franchise PJ's Coffee of New Orleans is coming soon to FM 2920 in Tomball, a representative of the company confirmed. A construction timeline and opening date were not available as of publication, however.

The coffee shop chain offers hot, iced, frozen and blended coffee drinks; espresso selections; tea; and energy drinks, according to its menu. Beignets, yogurt parfaits, pastries and a plethora of sandwiches are among the coffee shop’s food options as well.

The chain was founded by Phyllis Jordan in 1978 in New Orleans and has since expanded to 116 traditional locations across the U.S., according to its website.

PJ's Coffee has existing locations off Barker Cypress Road in Cypress and Stuebner Airline Road in Spring.
