A new swim center, START Swimming, will open in late December or early January at 17545 N. Eldridge Parkway, Tomball. Owner Barbara Harold said swim lessons, water exercise and aerobics for all ages will be offered, as well as birthday party availability, water therapy and recreational swimming times.
