The city of Tomball and Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated a ribbon cutting and grand reopening of the city's historic railroad depot on Friday, July 20. Dozens of community members and business leaders attended the event and received a first look at the city's new model railroad displays and historic railroad museum. The exhibits will be open to the public on weekends beginning July 21 from noon to 5 p.m. While donations are accepted, there is no cost to visit the museum.
