Hope Reigns Ranch Fundraiser
The second annual barnyard sale supports Hope Reigns, a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing horses and restoring lives. Middlelands Festival
The inaugural music and camping festival features a medieval theme for guests age 18 and older. The VIP section is open to guests age 21 and older. Presented by Insomniac and C3 Presents, the three-day and four-night festival includes a medieval theme with five music stages, rides, art and various performers. 3 p.m.-1 a.m. Cost varies. Boys & Girls Country Spring Festival
Boys and Girls Country of Houston hosts a spring festival featuring entertainment, carnival games and rides, food, and a silent auction and raffle. A music festival follows with performances by Robbie Seay Band, Hollyn, Tedashii and KB. Ticket prices include admission to both festivals. 11 a.m.-4 p.m. (spring festival), 2:30-8 p.m. (music). $20 (ages 13 and older), $10 (ages 6-12). Admission increases $5 the day of the event. Asian Pacific American Heritage Celebration
The Lone Star College-Tomball Community Library hosts an event for children ages 10-18 to celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. Attendees will make candy sushi with contests and prizes awarded to the most creative sushi roll. The event also features the card game “Sushi Go!” All supplies are provided. 2-3 p.m. Free. Bluegrass jam
Magnolia Bluegrass Friends hosts its monthly gathering featuring bluegrass music and a number of casual jam sessions.
