The Woodlands Township announced its offices will continue to be closed Jan. 22 in addition to several other services that will be suspended or delayed.
- The Woodlands Express bus service will suspend services Jan. 22.
- Town Center Trolleys will suspend services Jan. 22.
- Waste Management will resume trash and recycling collection Jan. 22 with a delayed start, and collection for the remainder of the week will be delayed by one day. Residents are asked to keep containers curbside until trash is collected. Yard waste collection for Tuesday customers will not be collected until Jan. 28. Other yard waste customers will see a one-day delay in collection along with regular trash and recycling.
With winter weather predicted to arrive overnight, The Woodlands Township announced several closures for Jan. 21 in addition to those already announced for the region for local school districts and other facilities.

Waste Management announced there will be no trash collection in The Woodlands on Jan. 21. As of the evening of Jan. 20, a notice on the township website said residents should not place trash containers curbside until Wednesday, but additional updates will be posted if further delays are announced.
Other closures include:
- The Woodlands Recycling Center will be closed Jan. 22. It will open Saturday during its regular hours.
- Town Center Trolley operations ended at 8 p.m. Jan. 20 and are closed Jan. 21.
- The Woodlands Express will not operate on Jan. 21.
- Township offices are closed Jan. 21.
- Recreation facilities including Riva Row Boat House, Lakes Edge Boat House and Texas TreeVentures are closed Jan. 21.
- Park bathrooms are closed until freezing temperatures subside.
Additional updates will be posted on The Woodlands Township website if delays are extended beyond Tuesday.
