The Woodlands Township announced holiday trash and recycling schedule changes for the Thanksgiving holiday. Trash and recycling will not be picked up Nov. 27, and the schedule will shift on several other days.
- Nov. 24-26: No change
- Nov. 27: No trash or recycling pickup
- Nov. 28: Thursday pickup delayed to Friday
- Nov. 29: Friday pickup delayed to Saturday
According to the township website, other township facility changes due to the holiday include the following closures:
- The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park: Closed Nov. 26, 3 p.m.; Nov. 27-28, all day
- Bear Branch Recreation Center: Closed Nov. 26, 3 p.m.; Nov. 27-28, all day
- The Woodlands Township offices: Closed Nov. 27-28
- The Woodlands Express: Closed Nov. 27-28
- The Woodlands Trolley: Closed Nov. 27
