MAP: Here's where to expect road work on Gosling Road through 2021 as plans move north of West Rayford Road

Two projects to widen Gosling Road are getting ready to move forward with design plans in late 2020 and in 2021.

Gosling Road Segment 3 widening

A project is in the final stage of the design phase to upgrade Gosling Road to four lanes between West Rayford Road and Creekside Forest Drive. The project will be advertised in the third quarter of 2020, Harris County officials said.

Gosling Road bridge across Spring Creek

Gosling Road will be upgraded to a four-lane boulevard with twin bridges across Spring Creek. The project is a joint participation project between Harris County Precinct 4 and Montgomery County Precinct 3. It is currently in the study phase, and Harris County expects to start the design phase in the third quarter of 2020. The project could be advertised for construction in early 2021, according to Harris County officials.
