Industrial real estate in The Woodlands area is 97.3% full as of early March, while office space dipped slightly to 84.6% compared to the first quarter of 2023, when it was 0.1% higher. No industrial buildings are under construction.
A resident of the Houston area since 2011, Vanessa began working in community journalism in her home state of New Jersey after receiving an English degree from Drew University.
