Retail and industrial occupancy dropped in The Woodlands area as of early August compared to the third quarter of 2022. Industrial occupancy dropped to 92.8%, and there are no industrial buildings under construction in the area. In office leasing, occupancy climbed 1.1% as of early August compared to the third quarter of 2022, and seven buildings were under construction.
