Board members from faith-based, nonprofit organization Angel Reach, Leadership Montgomery County and area Chamber of Commerce members celebrated the ribbon cutting for the newly renovated furniture resale shop Angels Loft in Conroe April 30. Located in the Woodcreek Shopping Center at 2017 N. Frazier St., Conroe, Angels Loft offers an array of used couches, tables, chairs, decor and other home furnishing items. Donations are accepted at the location, or donors can select an optional furniture pickup in designated ZIP codes. LMC Class of 2019 collaborated with Angel Reach to renovate the store, complete with a business plan to hire clients of the organization, according to a news release. The nonprofit works with youth who have aged out of the foster care system as well as those who are homeless and between the ages of 16 and 24. "We are extremely grateful to LMC Class of 2019 for helping us rebuild the furniture store and the effort put forward to help our clients," said Angel Reach Executive Director Jean Radach in the release. "Along with offering an assortment of resale furniture at a competitive price, Angels Loft helps give experience and guidance to our clients, helping them prepare for the future."
