Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center, located at 9250 Pinecroft Drive, The Woodlands, in late April announced the completion of its South Tower expansion.

The eight-story expansion includes four new patient floors, bringing the total patient bed count to over 500; four new operating rooms; and seven interventional labs for heart, neurology, trauma and oncology care.

Previous reporting from Community Impact Newspaper states the expansion cost around $250 million and has taken around two years to complete. 713-897-2300. www.memorialhermann.org
