Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille, 6700 Woodlands Parkway, The Woodlands, began undergoing a $4 million renovation in mid-August, according to the chief marketing officer of the company.
Perry's Bar 79, named after the year Perry’s was originally founded in southeast Houston, will be renovated into an island-style bar that will open up to a covered, year-round patio with fans, heaters, shades and decor. The new bar and patio is expected to allow a 30% increase in seating capacity, according to the company. The project is slated to be complete by mid-October.
In addition, Perry's Steakhouse & Grille is updating the decor and color palette, and adding a new wine tower.
The restaurant is expected to complete all upgrades and renovations by late November, according to the company. Perry's will continue regular operations throughout the renovations.
