Work on a shopping center located at Rayford Road and Imperial Oaks Boulevard in Spring is anticipated to be completed in around a month as renovations are underway.

According to Todd Moseley, principal of Moseley Commercial Real Estate, the center is in the early stages of leasing.

"We have several exciting retailers that we are in conversations with that are investigating relocating and opening new locations within the shopping center," Moseley said.

The shopping center has businesses such as Bulldogs Pizza and Growing Together Early Learning Center.
