1. The national diagnostic testing provider ARCpoint Labs launched its newest franchise location Oct. 26 in The Woodlands. 2. The second location of the Spring-based Cole Veterinary Hospital launched in the Harmony area Nov. 2. The new facility at 3494 Discovery Creek Blvd., Spring, provides pet health treatments from dentistry to surgery in addition to boarding, bathing, vaccination and pharmacy services. 4. The North Houston screen-printer Action Wear Plus marked the first anniversary of its The Woodlands-area store at 3091 College Park Drive, The Woodlands, in early October. 5. Creekside Park's Skylar Grace spa marks its first anniversary in The Woodlands this fall. The spa at 26400 Kuykendahl Road, Ste.
