The casual Cajun-American restaurant at 4130 FM 1488, Ste. 102, Conroe, launched this summer with a menu of Southern-style lunch and dinner fare alongside weekend breakfast specials. Louisiana-influenced comfort food and desserts, such as boudin egg rolls, po'boys, burgers, seafood platters, beignets and bread pudding, are served daily, and featured breakfast items on Saturdays and Sundays include chicken and waffles, seafood and grits, and several varieties of eggs Benedict. The restaurant's current soft opening menu is also set to expand with several new dishes in the future.
