Originally conceived as single-family homes, the community concept changed to a rental community in mid-2021 when Bridge Tower took over the project, Smith said. It includes several privately owned commercial properties with a business on the first floor and rental space above as well as several privately owned homes, but those are not rented by Centro, Smith said.

The rental homes include a mixture of two- and three-story buildings with three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 or four bathrooms, respectively.
According to information from the leasing office, the homes range in price from $2,350 to $2,520 per month for detached homes with a selection of floor plans.
Each house includes a two-car garage and a private backyard as well as lawn maintenance at no cost to the tenant.
The community is pet friendly with some breed restrictions, according to information from Centro, with up to three pets accepted. It also includes a dog park for residents.
The community also includes a pool with gated entry.
Centro is zoned to Conroe ISD, including Oak Ridge Elementary, Vogel Intermediate, Irons Junior High and Oak Ridge High schools.
