Home prices increased in five of The Woodlands area's ZIP codes in December.
The price category in which the most homes sold during that time period was homes priced $200,000-$399,999, and the ZIP code that saw the most sales was 77386.
A resident of the Houston area since 2011, Vanessa began working in community journalism in her home state of New Jersey after receiving an English degree from Drew University.
