DATA: See February's vacancy rates for office, retail and industrial space in The Woodlands area

Vacancies in the industrial sector grew from 9.3% in the first quarter of 2019 to 13.1% as of February. Vacancies in the office sector grew from 7.7% to 9.5% in the same time period.
